Challenges

  • Conducting surveys with moms of small kids was a challenge.
  • Client could not find a better solution from other partners in their previous waves.
  • Incidence was also one of the challenges as finding moms via street or home intercept is not easy.
  • Reaching out to lower SEC level people.

Our Solution

  • Deployed local teams to conduct Face to Face (CAPI).
  • Provided a better solution to client to complete the Our team traveled to maternity centers, kids care centers wherein we could easily find our target respondents.
  • Our team traveled to rural areas to reach out to lower SEC level people to conduct surveys with them in few countries.

Objective

To understand the behavior and impact while selecting growing or infant milk for their kids.
