  • Target Audience: Printer Dealerships of various brands e.g. Canon, HP, Xerox
  • Geography: USA, Germany, UK, France,Italy
  • Methodology: Mystery shopping through emails, telephone and face to face visits to dealers of target printers
  • Sample Size: 50-60 model / country (total 4000 prices)

Challenges

  • It was tough for team to collect various prices via calls or face to face as most of the time we were getting queries on location to install the printers
  • Sample size was big in comparison of number of the dealers in each country. The list was too small
  • Slow fieldwork because of limited number of dealers

  • Regular follow ups with the dealers to collect required data points and information
  • Deployed multiple teams and multiple contact number, domains to wrap up fieldwork with in the given timeline

  • Provided insights were helpful for client to make their report
